Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel feels like a cozy studio apartment with a terrace but unfortunately, the AC was not working properly. The staff, especially the cleaning manager, were welcoming and attentive. The location is vibrant, like being on a cruise ship in the midst of Hell's Kitchen, but noise from the nearby bus terminal can be bothersome. The dining options are tasty, but not always included in the prices.
I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were unique, almost like a studio apartment with a queen bed and bunk beds, but the view was only available from the toilets. The service was a bit lacking during the night shift on May 8, 2019, as they did not accommodate any requests. On the upside, the location was excellent, akin to a cruise ship in Hell's Kitchen, near the tenth avenue, making it convenient to access major attractions and transportation. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, mainly serving delicious food from Starbucks or Dunkin. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's facilities were adequate.
